  • Production Timeline: Your custom garments need time to be beautifully created, in addition to the shipping method you select.
  • Seasonal Variability: Please note that production times may vary throughout the year, so it’s good to plan ahead!
  • Up-to-Date Shipping Info: We update our ship date ranges weekly, which you can find on each product page.

Deadlines are our business – because we know they’re important to you! At K & D EXTREME INC, we promise that your order will reach you by the agreed delivery date—no exceptions! As long as you meet all the requirements and payment is recieved! And if it doesn’t ? We’ll cover the cost of overnight shipping! Just a quick note: While we strive for perfection, unforeseen events like natural disasters or weather conditions can impact delivery times, but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track!

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

For the latest shipping date estimates, please check the individual product pages, which are refreshed weekly based on our production capacity.

Below is a general guideline for lead times, which can vary based on the season. Please anticipate longer production times from July through February. To ensure that your garments arrive when you need them, we recommend reaching out early and planning ahead!

Lead times do not include shipping. Add an additional 1-7 business days for your shipment method of choice.**We encourage you to place your group costumes orders (5 or more of same garment) on a separate transaction from your solo costume orders. Contact us if you need assistance!

EXPEDITED ORDERS
Individual Orders (1-4 Garments)

Please note that rush options are not always available but please reach out with your request and we will be honest with you if it can happen!

Bulk Orders (5 or More Garments)

Got a tight deadline? Don’t worry! Reach out to us, and we’ll do our utmost to help meet your needs and speed up your order whenever possible. We’re excited to assist you!

To find out if a rush order can be accommodated, please keep these details in mind:

  • Rush orders are contingent upon approval and depend on our production capabilities at that time.
  • From July to February, our production slots fill up quickly, making it tricky to expedite orders. Typically, rush options are more readily available from February to June. However, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a deadline—we’ll do everything we can to support you!
  • Additional rush fees may be applicable. These fees will include a one-time rush charge, the standard (non-discounted) price of the garments, and obligatory overnight shipping costs.
  • Please know that rush orders aren’t eligible for any promotional or group discounts.
  • For bulk orders of 5 or more garments, please allow us a minimum of 2-3 weeks for production.
  • Fabric options are limited to what we currently have in stock, and be aware that supplies may be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.
  • All garment styles must be existing designs featured on our webstore, without modifications.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Thank you for choosing K & D EXTREME INC! We’re thrilled to create custom-made products just for you, which is why all orders are considered final sale. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accept returns.

If you’re not absolutely loving your purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help! We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you encounter any issues with defective items, please contact us right away. We’ll collaborate with you to either repair or replace your garment.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If the fit isn’t quite right, no worries! We offer size exchanges for web styles for a fee of 50% of the garment’s base price, with a minimum charge of $50. Please note that exchanges will follow the same lead times as group web orders, so check individual product pages for the latest information. Size exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery and should be unworn with original tags intact.

Just a friendly reminder: garments featuring custom logos, lettering, or embellishments are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged for size adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed online, you can contact us by phone, text, or any other means. We process it instantly, meaning cancellations are not possible. So, please double-check your selections!
